If, for any reason you are not satisfied with our training services, we will make every effort to correct the problem. Actions may include a repeat of the class for no additional cost, one-on-one tutoring, equivalent credit towards a future class at Nextec, or refund, all course material must be returned to Nextec. Any claims of dissatisfaction must be made within 7 days of the class completion date.
Accredited Courses
Credits are accepted from Strayer University and University of Phoenix, provided that a grade of C or better has been earned in the course. Students may transfer their earned credits with Strayer University after completion of their course.
