We're always looking for individuals to turn their technical expertise into on-the-job teaching experience. Nextec is expanding our team of instructor to meet the growing demand for our training programs.

1.     Full-time or Part-time opportunities
Nextec is looking for full and part time instructors. Depended on qualifications and experience you will be able to provide teaching instruction to our evening, day and weekend courses.

        3.     Course execution
                 We let our instructors concentrate on what they do best in the classroom…teaching! 
                 Nextec would provide you all the ambiance of state of the art equipment, software and   
                 classroom environment needed to ensure your success in the classroom.  We will 
                 work  with the instructor to ensure the material are provided beforehand to coordinate 
                 the class accordingly.

4.     Keeping a check on the skill level

To have professionalism and quality assurance intact in our classroom environment, Nextec would have it’s instructs    go thru an evaluation program. Evaluation program provides Nextec with information the satisfies the comfort level of  the student with its instructor in terms of knowledge, preparedness and quality of deliverance.

5.      Flexible schedule
 A scheduling coordinator will work with your availability for short- and long-term schedules.

Instructor qualification process

1.      Interview
Once we receive your resume, the candidate will be called for an interview to attest to their strong communication    skills and their expertise. Next, our senior instructor will take all candidates through a detailed checklist to make sure they have both the technical expertise and practical work experience necessary to teach the course.

       2.      Course Evaluation
                Successful candidates will provide a presentation of the class which they will teach.
                With such presentation our senior instructors will be able to assess their technical and
                teaching skills.   

       3.      Solo Teach
                After performing well with course revelation, the candidate is assigned to a solo teach.
